The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport
55 minutes).

just a short distance from Tuscan Hills you'll find all the essential
amenities including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants,
bank, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart
and Publix supermarket.
A
whole host of family attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal,
Sea World and Wet N Wild to name but a few are with-in 20 miles,
as are over 20 quality golf courses which cater for every level of golfer including
Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the Greg
Norman designed Champions
gate.
If
you would rather be out shopping than running round a theme park all day
or playing Golf, then you'll be delighted to hear that Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail
outlets. These include Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet,
Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange,
Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
